E-health is a developing field at the crossroads of medical informatics, public health, and business that refers to health services and information delivered or increased through the internet and connected technologies. In a broader sense, the term denotes not only a technological advancement, but also a state-of-mind, a way of thinking, an attitude, and a commitment to networked, international thinking in order to mend health care locally, regionally, and globally through the use of information and communication technology.

Track-1: E-Health

E-Health encompasses a wide range of health information, but prefers the importance of health information, care and delivery of services to the potential of technology. In the health sector in many western countries, comprehensive e-health infrastructure and processes are now seen as the basis for providing safe, beneficial, beneficial public health in the future. The growth of the E-Health market is attributed to the healthcare industry's shift to digital healthcare systems for patient health management and review.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry. This has been driven by increased interest in digital health, as evidenced by significant investments over the past few years. The most common application of M-Health is the use of mobile devices to inform consumers about preventive health services. However, M-Health is still used for disease surveillance, medical support, disease monitoring and chronic disease management. The M-Health app encourages collaboration through patient care, personalization, and knowledge sharing between doctors and patient.

Track-4: Cyber Medicine

Cyber medicine is the use of the Internet to deliver medical services, such as medical consultations and drug prescriptions. It is the successor to telemedicine, where in doctors would consult and treat patients remotely via telephone or fax. Cyber medicine is already being used in small projects where images are transmitted from a primary care setting to a medical specialist, who comments on the case and suggests which intervention might benefit the patient.

Track-5: Remote Surgery

Telesurgery is also known as Remote surgery. Telesurgery is when specialists can work on patients even if they are not in the same area. On September 7, 2001, an important and successful telesurgery was performed across the Atlantic Ocean when French specialists performed a cholecystectomy on a 68-year-old patient in New York City 6,230 miles away. Strasbourg, France. . It was called Operation Lindbergh.

Remote telesurgery bypasses most of the upper limits of specialized surgery. People who need surgery in Antarctica can have surgery there with telesurgery ("polar telesurgery"). Space travelers can recover from space stations ("celestial surgery"). More importantly, people in developing countries will be able to benefit from a particular developing country without leaving their homes for it.

Track-6: Digital Imaging

Digital imaging is the representation of images as a series of numbers. In practice, it includes the electronic capture of images, the conversion of images into digital data, the storage and retrieval of this data, and the processing, viewing and printing of images. Digital image processing technology helps to process digital images using computers. The three general stages that any type of data must go through when using digital technology are preprocessing, development and display, and data extraction.

Medical informatics is the use of computers, communications and information technology and systems in all areas of healthcare – clinical practice, medical education and medical research. Medical records are by definition efficient because the nature of medicine and technology is changing rapidly, and much information is shared between people and medical facilities. Medical knowledge is a new, exciting and growing field. New courses and jobs are now possible. Information technology should improve healthcare quality, patient safety, educational resources, and physician-patient communication while reducing costs.

Metaverse offers a potential telehealth solution using augmented reality tools. Healthcare professionals can provide remote services (diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and care) using augmented reality headsets and wearable’s. The main limits of metaversion are related to data management and privacy, cyber security risks, potential barriers related to access (lack of internet connection) and users with low vision. Metaverse Healthcare has the potential to improve every aspect of the medical field, from virtual wellness to post-surgery care and more. Integrations with Web 3.0 technology such as virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Medical Things are already in use.

Digital transformation is the process of using digital technologies to create new or modify existing business processes, culture and customer experiences to meet changing business and market demands. This reimagining of business in the digital age is digital transformation. Examples of digital transformation include IT modernization such as moving to the cloud, remote readiness, reskilling employees, implementing automation to accelerate customer support and service, and using AI-driven insights to increase sales effectiveness.

Track-10: Electronic health record

A digital counterpart of a patient's broadside chart is called an electronic health record (EHR). EHRs are patient-centred, real-time annals that make information available to authorised users promptly and securely. While an EHR system does comprehend a patient's medical and treatment history, it is designed to go beyond traditional clinical data collected in a provider's office and can encompass a broader view of a patient's care.

One of the most important characteristics of an EHR is that authorised physicians can create and manage health information in a digital format that can be shared with other providers across several health care organisations. EHRs are designed to share data with other health-care providers and organisations, such as laboratories, specialists, medical imaging centres, pharmacies, emergency rooms, and school and workplace clinics, so they contain files from all doctors involved in a patient's care.

Track-11: Clinical Research & Trails

A clinical trial is part of clinical research that follows a regulated protocol or plan of action. They are primarily conducted to obtain data on the safety and efficacy of a newly developed drug, these data is mandatory for the further approval of the drug and its marketing.

The clinical trials market was estimated to reach USD 14.2 billion in 2016 and is expected to reach approximately USD 22 billion by 2021, growing at a CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of 7.5% during the forecast period 2016 to 2021 . Globalization of clinical trials, development of new treatments such as personalized medicine, expanding developments in technology, and increasing demand for CROs to conduct clinical trials are the key drivers influencing market growth. Clinical trials may be sponsored or funded by pharmaceutical companies, academic medical centers, voluntary groups, and other organizations, in addition to federal agencies such as the National Institutes of Health, the US Department of Defense, and the US Department of Veterans Affairs. . Physicians, other health care providers, and other individuals may also sponsor clinical research.

Track-12: Drug Screening

A drug screen (also called a drug test) is the collection and analysis of blood, urine, hair, or saliva to detect the presence of chemicals and contaminants left in the body as a result of drug use. It requires a sample of your urine (pee). Urine drug tests are most commonly used to detect alcohol, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, opiates/opioids, cocaine, and marijuana (THC). Blood drug testing: Health care providers use this type of test mainly in emergencies.

Track-13: Block chain technology

Blockchain technology is a structure that stores transaction records, also known as a block, to the public in multiple databases, known as a "chain", in a network connected through peer-to-peer nodes. Usually, this repository is called a "digital ledger".

Each transaction in this ledger is authorized by the owner's digital signature, which verifies the transaction and protects against unauthorized manipulation. Therefore, the information that the digital ledger contains is highly secure.

At a CAGR of 22.8 percent, the global eHealth arcade is expected to reach USD 193.8 billion by 2025, up from USD 69.5 billion in 2020. The transference toward patient-centered care, combined with rising digitization of products and services, allows for remote recording and sharing of medical records. Furthermore, solutions such as mHealth apps and telemedicine services enable home monitoring of various health parameters, reducing the need for hospital visits. Because of the numerous advantages of patient-centric solutions, their use for remote monitoring, consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention is expected to grow in the coming years.

Several advancements in the field of healthcare IT have occurred over the years, transforming various eHealth solutions and services into successful and profitable alternatives to manual methods for managing complex tasks. Healthcare IT systems offer a variety of advantages and capabilities for meeting stringent regulatory requirements and managing compliance risks. The eHealth market is experiencing a paradigm shift as a result of changing regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry. Because eHealth tools are an effective way to achieve required care quality goals while reducing costs, their demand among various stakeholders is expected to rise in the coming years.

eHealth solutions and services assist healthcare organisations in the effective management of a variety of clinical and non-clinical tasks. However, their effective use is largely dependent on the willingness of end users, such as healthcare professionals, to switch from traditional paper-based patient records to electronic solutions. Many traditional healthcare providers (particularly in developing countries) are currently hesitant to use eHealth solutions, owing to a lack of IT knowledge. Many medical professionals lack the technological know-how required to operate advanced healthcare IT solutions and regard the creation, maintenance, and use of electronic systems as a time-consuming task. Furthermore, they believe that implementing these solutions is a time-consuming task with limited or no clinical benefits. As a result, healthcare professionals are hesitant to adopt new and innovative healthcare solutions.
